American Association for Justice

A strong, just society is built on the foundation of a robust legal system that advocates tirelessly to ensure no voice is silenced and no rights are overlooked.

For those immersed in the world of litigation, the American Association for Justice (AAJ) stands out, upholding the torch of justice through unwavering commitment and relentless advocacy.

The American Association for Justice is the voice of the trial bar in America and abroad. Established in 1946 as the National Association of Claimants' Compensation Attorneys, its primary mission was to "promote a fair and effective justice system and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America's courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests."

At Jason Joy & Associates, we support and align ourselves with the principles of the AAJ, dedicated to fighting for justice on behalf of those who have been wronged.
